Refund & Return Policy
At Megir Legacy, every order is carefully processed and dispatched with the highest standard of care. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before completing your purchase.
Returns & Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products and our international fulfillment process, items are non-returnable. Rather than requiring you to ship an item back, we resolve every eligible request through a negotiated refund in which you keep the product in full — including the watch, the box, and all accessories.
All requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date and must include your order number. Requests made after this window, or without the required information, are not eligible.
Voluntary Returns (Change of Mind)
If you wish to cancel or return an order for personal reasons, buyer's remorse, or change of mind after it has been dispatched, you are entitled to a partial refund of 50% of the item price. You keep the product and all of its accessories — nothing needs to be shipped back. This partial refund reflects the costs already incurred in production, packaging, and international shipping, which are the customer's responsibility on voluntary returns.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or is genuinely not the item you ordered, you are entitled to a free replacement or a full refund. To qualify, you must contact us at hello@megirlegacy.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos or video that plainly show the defect, damage, or discrepancy. Where a fault is confirmed, our standard first remedy is a free replacement; a full refund is issued when a replacement is not possible.
The following are not considered defects and are handled under the voluntary return terms above (50%): minor differences in color, shade, or finish caused by screen settings or photography; expected variations inherent to the product; sizing preferences; or subjective dissatisfaction after delivery. The final assessment of any claim is made by our team, at our reasonable discretion, after reviewing the evidence provided.
Non-Delivery & Lost Orders
Delivery is confirmed by the tracking information provided by the carrier. If tracking shows an order as delivered, it is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund. If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@megirlegacy.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Refunds for lost orders are issued only after this investigation confirms the loss.
Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Shipments
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address and to receive the order, including clearing any local customs charges or import duties. Orders that are refused, left unclaimed, or returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, uncollected customs charges, or the customer's inaction are handled under the voluntary return terms above (50%), not as defective items. Any re-shipment is at the customer's expense.
Refunds
Once a request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds are, where applicable, partial and negotiated on a case-by-case basis, and are granted in good faith rather than automatically. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and only one resolution (refund or replacement) is provided per order.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order separately.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they are processed and dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, the voluntary return terms above apply.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 5 business days. Estimated delivery time is between 5 and 25 business days, depending on your location.
Good Faith & Abuse
This policy is offered in good faith to ensure genuine customer satisfaction. We reserve the right to review each case individually and to decline or limit refunds where fraud, abuse, or repeated or inconsistent claims are identified. Nothing in this policy affects the statutory rights available to you under applicable law.
